Private Sessions
Just like in Nia, there are 3 levels of offerings:
Level 1: A traditional Nia class ~ 60 min. ~ $80
Level 2: Nia workout + meditation ~ 75 min. ~ $100
Level 3: Nia + somatic life coaching ~ 90 min. ~ $135
24 hour cancellation policy.
Sliding scale considered on an individual basis.
Small Groups
Birthdays, celebrations, rites of passage
Corporate/Non-profit
Team-building, lunchtime Nia at your place of business
