In this 1.5 hour extended-class format, together we will co-create the space, dance barefoot to some of the best world beat music around, and end our movement journey with a guided meditation.

Healing Sounds with Throat Singer Matthew Kocel

Our beloved Matthew is back for a 2 hour sound healing incorporating Tibetan bowls, chanting and the conch shell. In anticipation of the coming autumnal equinox, Matthew and Julie invite you to pause for a few minutes and breathe...

Nia & the Labyrinth
Saturday September 25
5 - 6:30 pm

In this extended Nia class, Julie Hart & Shara Dame, landscape architect and creator of sacred healing gardens, will lead you on a journey within. Afterwards, in the glow of a setting sun, we will go out onto the land and gather rocks to create our very own healing labyrinth. Bring your own sacred objects: river rocks, sacred stones, mandalas, and wind catchers etc, etc, etc... to add to the mix.
